किसी कारण वश यदि टुर्नामेंट केंसल करना पडे तो फ़ैसला सीजीआइएफ संस्थान लेगी।

टीम के कप्तान की संपूर्ण ज़िम्मेदारी टीम को एकत्रित करके अपने निजी गांव या शहर से लाने व ले जाने की रहेगी जिसका खर्च स्वयं टीम उठाएगी।

आप सभी चारण युवाओं का स्वागत करते है यह खेल द्वारा चारणाचार एवं भाइचारे की सद्भावना उजागर करने के लिए।

GUIDE LINES AND RULES FOR CRICKET TOURNAMENT

Rules for Teams

1. This T 10 Tennis Tournament is going to be held on *11 & 12 April 2020 at Palanpur* and it will be amongst all Charan – Gadhavi participants from various regions.

2. This Cricket Tournament will be of T 10(Ten Overs) each side, will be played with Green Tennis Ball, The Cricket stumps and Balls will be supplied by the Committee.
3. All the participants are instructed to reach to the ground at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the match.

4. All the participants have to co-operate each other and play the game in true spirit and brotherhood.

5. All the players should be in cricket uniform on the ground. (If it can be supplied by the sponsors or the committee).

6. The Out-station teams have to inform the committee about their arrival in Palanpur , so the Reception Committee may receive them in time.

7. The Umpires will be allotted by the Technical Committee, in case of any disputes between the Teams, the decision of Technical Committee & CGIF Project Leader will be final.

8. The Aims and Objectives of this Tournament is to networking the charan Gadhvi youth and help understand the basic issues of community

9. Each team must enroll the names & details of player with ID, name of captain and vice-captain. would need photo ID at the venue so everyone please carry it at the tournament else would not allow to play

14. RULES AND CRETERIA FOR GAME-tournament

Rules for T 10 Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament – 2020

1. This T 10 Cricket Tournament will be held on 11 & 12 April 2020, at Palanpur .
2. The Participating teams will be from various regions recognised by CGIF.
3. Every Team has to play 10 Over’s in this Tournament.(Ten Over’s for Batting and Ten Over’s for Bowling)
4. Maximum players will be 15 (Fifteen) from each team including Captain and a Manager.
5. Entry fees will be Rs.11000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousands Only) per team.

6. The Ball of this Tournament will be Green Tennis Ball provided by the committee.
7. Maximum 2 Overs (of 6 Balls) will be bowled by each player and minimum 5 Bowlers will be allowed to Bowl. ( Maximum 10 Bowlers)
8. The Umpires will be allotted by the Technical Committee, in case of any disputes between the Teams, the decision of Technical Committee will be final.
9. This Team who loses after continued two matches would be out of tournament.

10. Every Winning Team has to play 2 Games per day, one in morning and one in evening. Or as per technical team decision on venue

11. The Umpires are authorized to declare No Ball / Wide Ball on the merits of the Ball.

12. The Cricket Bats will be also supplied by the Committee but individual player can use their own bat.

13. Draws of the Games will be taken out by the Committee on base of Lottery System.

14. The Accommodation for the Teams, Breakfast and Lunch will be served by the Committee.
15. The Sponsors or the Committee may give names to their Teams as per their choice.

कृपया टीम के प्लेयर्स सिर्फ़ अपने क्षेत्र सो ही शामिल करें यदि कोई एक या दो खिलाड़ी जिनकी स्थानिक टीम नही और खेलना चाहे तो भी करीबी क्षेत्र से ही लिये जाएँगे और अंतिम निर्णय प्रोजेक्ट लिडर (सीजीसीटी २०२०) का रहेगा।

यदि कोई टीम नियमो का उल्लंघन करती है और खेल के दौरान या अंत मे पता चलता है तो उन्हें निेष्काषित किया जा सकता है

इसलिए सभी से अनुरोध है कि इस खेल को चारणो की एकता का प्रतीक समजकर खेलें। हारना जीतना सब कुछ नही है, बंधुत्व की भावना इस खेल के ज़रिए पहोचाना सभी संचालको का मानना है
